Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our EPIC team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR analytics and reporting, compensation management, employee relations, investigations, performance management, coaching, and talent management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive HR initiatives, support business objectives, and enhance organizational culture.

Responsibilities/Duties

Key Responsibilities:

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compsentation programs.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Employee Relations & Investigations

  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Collaborate with legal cousel as needed.

Coaching & Development

  • Coach and mentor managers and employees to develop their skills and enhance their careers.
  • Facilitate training programs and workshops on various HR topics, including leadership, communciation, and compliance.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Talent Management

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage succession planning and career development initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide guidance on labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Lead and communication and implementation of HR policies across the organization.

Talent Management

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent mangement strategies that align with business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage succession planning and career development initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with fedral, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide guidance on labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Lead the communication and implementation of HR policies across the organization.


Required Skills

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
