YOUR TYPICAL DAY

As a Customer Service Specialist - Restaurant Counter Associate, your day starts bright and early as you welcome customers with a warm smile as they walk in for their morning donut fix. You take orders, offer suggestions, and ensure each customer gets exactly what they crave. Between transactions, you keep the counter clean and organized, and help with some food prep and cleanup. A team player at heart, you enjoy working alongside our lively crew, maintaining Donut King's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. As your day wraps up, you leave knowing you've spread joy through delicious treats and excellent service

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

  • Must be 18 or older
  • 1+ year of previous experience in the food service industry
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • ServSafe Certification (preferred)
  • Willing to be cross-trained and pitch in where needed

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Full- and part-time positions available
  • Operating hours: 6 AM - 3 PM, Tuesday through Sunday
  • Part-time must work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
