- Booking to give the salesperson credit
- Order Invoicing - Job Folder/ File Creation
- ERP system data processing
- Open Job in system
- Receiving Purchase Orders in System - Accounts Receivable processing and Follow-up as required
- P-Card management
Experience/Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with order processing and invoicing
- Attention to detail and a high level of organization and self-discipline
- Thrives in a team environment
- Data entry experience required
- ERP Systems experience is highly desired
- HS Diploma/GED
