Essential Functions:
- Represent the company in negotiations, formulating advantageous contracts with suppliers.
- Direct and coordinate personnel engaged in purchasing and distributing materials and supplies.
- Lead the hiring process, oversee training initiatives, and ensure staff proficiency.
- Identify and evaluate vendors, ensuring product availability and favorable terms of sale.
