We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of a tire warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tire and automotive parts inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.

Duties


- Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency

- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse operations

- Help build the sales and financial returns of the business through effective inventory management and efficient warehousing operations.

- Manage, direct and/or perform routine maintenance of the warehouse facilities, equipment, vehicles, and functional systems of the operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a well-functioning operation

- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures

Skills


- Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor

- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and transportation operations

- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively

- Experience with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment

- Working knowledge of tire sizes, styles, and nomenclature
