The Workday Delivery Assurance Manager oversees the comprehensive delivery assurance strategy for the Workday implementation project. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all aspects of project delivery align with established milestones and expectations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the delivery assurance strategy in alignment with project goals and timelines.
Coordinate delivery assurance activities across all phases of the Workday implementation project.
Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on delivery expectations.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or issues that could impact delivery timelines.
Implement mitigation strategies to address risks and optimize project delivery efficiency.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status, delivery assurance metrics, and risk mitigation efforts to stakeholders and project leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, technical teams, and consultants to streamline delivery processes and improve overall project outcomes.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Workday implementation methodology and best practices to guide delivery assurance activities effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Expertise in Workday implementation methodology and experience in overseeing Workday projects from initiation to delivery.
Ability to mitigate risks effectively and resolve issues to ensure on-time project delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Leadership capabilities to motivate teams, drive results, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) and specific certifications related to Workday implementation (e.g., Workday Pro or similar) are advantageous.
Proven experience (X years) in managing Workday implementation projects or similar ERP systems projects.
