Loader Operator in training. Initially will learn to make batches of poultry, then to fill supplement on the mixing line, eventually working towards loading bales onto the mix line and helping to operate on the flips. Responsible for following all applicable SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).

Phase I Loader Operators are required to work 6 days per week. They should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled start time and will stay until the work is completed, typically 10 hours/ day however will vary depending on production. A 15-minute coffee break is allotted in the morning along with a ½ hour for lunch later in the day. Start time will typically be 3:00am but can vary depending on production needs.

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
  • A loader operator with limited skill but not yet capable of performing flips, but a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow directions and perform in a team environment.
  • The ability to keep and transport equipment and or material from one area to another in a safe manner.
  • Ability to communicate with Supervisors and Managers.

La hora de inicio generalmente será a las 3:00 a.m., pero puede variar según las necesidades de la producción.

  • Capaz de poner rutinariamente suplementos en la línea, mezclar aves de corral, ocasionalmente ayudar a poner pacas en la línea y empujar volteretas, y otras tareas que requieren habilidades limitadas de cargador.
  • Capaz de operar carga de una manera eficiente y eficiente.
  • Requerido para trabajar en posiciones no operatoras dependiendo de las necesidades de producción.
  • Requerido para reportar necesidades de mantenimiento, reparaciones y equipos dañados a la administración.
  • Se requiere completar la lista de verificación del cargador designado cada mañana antes del inicio del turno.
