In this full-time Office administrator position, you are a crucial member of our financial team Each day, you arrive at work ready to create vital reports that depict our company's finances. You complete a variety of important Office Administrator tasks, including using QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and our CRM (customer relationship management) software to process data entry of our key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring our KPI reports are accurate. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills
