Job Summary:

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and operational excellence, ensuring our team can meet and exceed expectations. You will create order out of ambiguity, provide clear direction, and build a supportive environment that celebrates both big and small wins.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor a technically proficient Salesforce Solution Development (SSD) team, by fostering a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement. Additionally, providing strategic leadership for the team in collaboration with the Salesforce Architect and the VP
  • Process Development: Implement systematic processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, allowing the team to balance fundamental tasks with advanced projects.
  • Cross-Departmental Communication: Serve as a translator between technical staff and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Time Management & Forecasting: Develop accurate project timelines and resource forecasts to ensure realistic and achievable goals.
  • Feedback & Communication: Provide constructive feedback upward, downward, and laterally, fostering an environment of open and effective communication.
  • Positive Reinforcement: Infuse the team with positive energy, celebrate wins, and maintain high morale.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Work effectively with diverse personalities and adapt to changing circumstances.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Technical and Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of both technical delivery and operational management, with the ability to manage and guide a technically proficient team.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a Salesforce product delivery environment 
  • At least 3 years of experience managing solution development and delivering technical resources
  • Experience negotiating and managing contracts with external vendors
  • Experience leveraging a project management tool to optimize team efficiency and roadmap transparency
  • Demonstrated experience providing team management and delivery leadership in product life cycles 
  • A positive mindset and attitude to continuously push the organization to accomplish its mission
  • Demonstrated commitment to seeking and listening to feedback that encourages  growth, surfaces blind spots, and recognizes and disrupts patterns of inequity
  • Proven experience in a senior technical delivery role, preferably in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong background in process development and optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships and drive organizational success.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
