The Inside Sales Support position will be responsible to provide assistance & support to Inside Sales in the Central Region – specifically at our Erie, MI. Understanding all responsibilities of Inside Sales to help with any clerical systems related tasks as needed. Specifically, toll processing and order entry clerical duties will be prioritized, but this position will be at use by all Central Region ISR’s to assist in day-to-day needs with the exception of actual customer contact.



Responsibilities:

  • Enter sales orders and quotes for any IS Team customers
  • Review 'Ready' sales orders and ensure 3PL has shipment coverage
  • Adjust sales order quantities and due dates to match customer schedules
  • Communicate with scheduling for needed estimated ready times
  • Communicate with 3PL for estimated shipment delivery times
  • Communicate with Applications to setup orders
  • Enter Non-Conformance Reports
  • Enter customer forecast in ERP
  • Work on large scale projects as assigned by the Inside Sales Supervisor

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in support roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product, specifically Excel
  • Previous use of ERP system (Invex) preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a high stress environment
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Sense of urgency and time management skills required
