MISSION and PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Outbound Agent is responsible for contacting previous customers to set appointments for the service center. Outbound agent also provides support on inbound phone calls, setting appointments, and transferring calls. A genuine desire to service the customer and a positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position. The mission of the Outbound Agent is to maximize Customer Satisfaction, improve Customer Retention and increase Service Department hours in a professional, timely manner, while ensuring customer satisfaction and a full shop. The Outbound call center agent will be paid $20/hour plus a monthly bonus.
SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- AsDedication to Customer Satisfaction in all actions and interactions with customers.
- Responsible for making sure that all phone leads are contact and followed up in proper manner.
- Responsible for following service team process when contacting customers.
- Schedule service appointments with service consultant by assigning contacts to any individual who is specifically requested or by ensuring that all consultants are given equal opportunity to appointments set.
- Make phone calls in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Help maintain records going into the dealership’s DMS and scheduler.
- Keep abreast of service and part specials how they benefit customers.
- Attend service meetings.
- Understand the manufactory warranty and special programs offered by the manufacturer.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company while on the phone with prospective customers by emphasizing and up selling all services provided by the dealership from sales to service to rental cars.
- Make daily outbound calls to guests.
- Responsibilities include opening and closing the business office, reviewing and processing documents associated with customer's vehicle purchases, assisting customers with questions on tag and title information, preparing DMV documents, interacting with sales staff, obtaining payoff information, assisting our purchasing team with appraisal purchases and in-store auctions, handling accounts payable functions, tendering cash transactions, preparing bank deposits, and answering multi-line phone system. Responsibilities include opening and closing the business office, reviewing and processing documents associated with customer's vehicle purchases, assisting customers with questions on tag and title information, preparing DMV documents, interacting with sales staff, obtaining payoff information, assisting our purchasing team with appraisal purchases and in-store auctions, handling accounts payable functions, tendering cash transactions, preparing bank deposits, and answering multi-line phone system. - Work with service advisor to fill the schedule and answer any questions they may have.
- On occasion, assist Service Advisors with customer concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
