Salary: $17.00 -$18.00

VIM Recyclers provides full-scale recycling to Food Manufacturing businesses and offers certified Destruction Services.

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently billing customers in accordance with current market pricing.

Job Description:

  • Auditing and ensuring trailer load/unload count reports in Synergize match the order’s Excel Report.
  • Creating invoices in TMW once Excel order spreadsheets have been updated with correct pricing, applicable surcharges, and information.
  • Analyze and review internal documents to determine and apply accurate customer pricing.
  • Identify and resolve any billing issues and discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor e-mail for incoming customer updates and other communication between team members.
  • Manage special projects related to billing and invoicing as assigned by senior management.
  • Collaborate and support colleagues to ensure strong teamwork, company pride, and dedication to the services.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School or GED required
  • 2+ years’ experience in clerical work,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to compute basic math
  • Ability to multi-task and have high attention to detail
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) in written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills is preferred but not required.
