Walker Healthforce is hiring a Client Service Coordinator. The Client Service Coordinator provides senior-level administrative support to the Walker Healthforce Account Teams’ strategic sales goals. The  Client Service Coordinator works collaboratively with internal departments and external client contacts to ensure client satisfaction, and timely response, and contribute to the overall success of our team.

 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast paced environment.

  • Ability to research and collect data.
  • Work collaboratively with our clients and cross-functionally to support the sales process.
  • Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn and adopt best practices necessary to create ongoing and sustainable success.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Act as a liaison with internal departments and external client contacts; obtain clarification and updates on new requisitions and ongoing consulting/clinical engagements; prepare and present at morning meetings.
  • Responsible for day-to-day interactions with clients, lead generation, and organizational mapping.
  • Coordinate interviews with client contacts and clinicians/consultants; identify and escalate client inquiries to the appropriate Account Manager/Executive Director as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with our Recruiting and Account Teams to ensure client satisfaction, timely response, efficient onboarding, and/or escalation of issues.
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer and client account information in the Customer Relationship Management System (Bullhorn).
  • Prepare, review, and enter candidate submissions, and confirm information is complete and accurate.
  • Serve as the consultant’s primary point of contact from the start of the engagement, ensuring effective communication and updates on their engagement. Document all interactions in Bullhorn and communicate them to the account and recruiting teams.
  • Document, review, and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure accurate and consistent policies, processes, and standards for continued success.
  • Provide administrative support in preparation of RFPs, monthly client calls, daily huddle, client welcome letters, client profiles, industry conferences/memberships, and other related activities.
  • Data entry of client requisitions, candidate, and other account related information utilizing Excel and other databases, (i.e., Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)).
  • Gather, research, and assemble a variety of information to assist with order management and internal/external update meetings.
  • Provide backup support to Account Management as needed.


Education & Experience

 

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree is required within an area of study focused on communications, business, or healthcare.
  • 4 years experience in the staffing and/or consulting industry preferred.
  • 2 years of experience communicating and interacting with clients.
