Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Weekends/Holidays as needed/based on project-related work.

We are looking for a passionate Business Systems Manager to join the InterChange IT team and oversee the support, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Blue Yonder. This is a working manager position, collaborating with other stakeholders across the organization. This position will also be responsible for ensuring the alignment of the WMS with the business goals and strategies and providing technical support and guidance to departmental subject matter experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Operations and Customer Experience to ensure that the WMS is properly supported, configured, maintained, and optimized to meet the needs of the business.
  • Schedule, define, and execute system upgrades to ensure that the business stays current with technology advancements.
  • Support initial project evaluations and scope to identify WMS-related customization and challenges.
  • Provide technical support for InterChange Team Members and Customers related to WMS functionality.
  • Maintain expert knowledge on Blue Yonder offerings, industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal Blue Yonder utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for automation by leveraging WMS features.
  • Exemplify the InterChange Group Work Principles and Cultural Keystones.
  • Ability to adhere to Safety and Cybersecurity Polices
  • Lead WMS continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain positive relationships with external vendors

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience in 3PL or Supply Chain
  • Possess strong data and root cause analysis skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Entrepreneurial, visionary spirit that can visualize how the WMS can achieve business and strategic goal
  • Experience and strong background in Blue Yonder WMS configuration
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Visio)
  • Self-managed and motivated; organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, fluid work environment
  • Proficient in delivering & providing exceptional customer service on an elevated level
  • Willingness to learn modern technologies
  • Experience in a supervisory and/or management position
  • Strong experience in developing pages using Page Builder, creating and updating Jasper reports, writing MOCA commands

Training and Experience:

  • Experience in warehouse labor management (Blue Yonder WLM)
  • Experience in data mining and cloud application management

Experience with continuous improvement techniques
