ZF Collective is seeking qualified Security Officers in the Longview area for armed positions.

Candidates MUST have an active LEVEL 3 license WITH CARD IN HAND, as well as their own duty pistol (9mm), and reliable transportation. There are multiple openings for full time and part time positions.

General description-

Agents will conduct mobile and foot patrols of a manufacturing facilities, retail locations, access points, or parking lots. Agents are to remain alert and vigilant, and must be ready to respond to any emergency situation that may arise. Any incidents will be logged and reported to the site manager as well as ZF management. Agents will maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and uphold the standards of ZF Collective while on duty. Courtesy and respect will be shown to all individuals working or visiting the facility, as well as co-workers and management.

Shifts-

All Shifts for each location will be discussed in the interview process but are dependent on client needs, standard shifts will be 12hrs.

Rotating schedule (FULL TIME): 3 days on/4 days off, 4 days on/3 days off. During off days, agents will have the ability to work extra shifts for Zona Facta that come through our network. Shifts can be adjusted to accommodate for coverage.

Reliable transportation is required. A company vehicle (site dependent) will be provided and must be utilized.

Uniform shirts will be provided.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Agents are subject to random drug screenings.

Agents will be reporting to the site manager.
