This is a remote position.

Paradigm is currently in search of an Organizational Communications Specialist to work for our client, a leading technology firm. In this fully remote role, you will help with organizational communications, employee engagement planning, and provide project management support for internal processes supported by the team. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, involves cross-team interactions, and requires the ability to quickly adapt to changes.


Type: 10 month contract

As an Organizational Communications Specialist, you will:

  • Plan, write, and deliver organizational and employee engagement communications.
  • Develop insights that directly tie into the business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure close collaboration with business and marketing partners.
  • Champion adoption of leading-edge innovative employee engagement communications techniques across the business.
  • Brainstorm, present ideas, and coordinate with other departments to enhance the communication strategy.
  • Work with other team members to ensure that all of the communication elements are developing at the right pace.
  • Monitor deadlines and communicate status of deliverables.
  • Provide project management assistance with process-driven projects.
  • Act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
  • Exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action, follow established guidelines, and interpret policies.

RequirementsOur skills and experience wish list includes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Ability to break down high-level information into details and abstract low-level information
