We're now hiring for a full-time Director of Outlets to join the Roundhouse management team Monday through Friday day shifts are required with some flexibility for evenings. Fine dining experience is preferred.

Roundhouse Conference Center is a place to gather, a collection of lively and inviting spaces made for meeting and dining, for work and play. WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS THE DIRECTOR OF OUTLETS
We are in search of a charismatic and experienced Director of Outlets who will be responsible for the restaurant and events on property. The right candidate yearns to cultivate the best guest experience possible with the idea that quality and style go hand in hand. The Director of Outlets creates an environment that celebrates the staff and cultivates top-performing teams. The scope of this role includes leadership, guest experience, financial performance and budget planning, administration including payroll and labor, marketing and human resources, events and off-site staffing, timely repair and maintenance of the restaurant, compliance to industry and company standards, and adherence to core philosophies.
The Director of Outlets oversees all aspects of our remote restaurants/ cafes in addition to supporting the base operation at Roundhouse. This includes daily operations, potential banquets or events, set-up, menu selection and food presentation, serving, and cleanup. A focus on quality presentation and customer service will be paramount. The position will also require heavy participation in accounting and financials, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, P&L, and cost management.
The Director of Outlets keeps up with industry trends as part of the leadership team and has a background in upscale or fine-dining restaurants.
