  • Responsible for unloading, packaging, documenting and storing all finished goods.
  • Responsible for monitoring, packaging and storing by-products for the entire system.
  • Responsible for loading and maintaining chemicals on the wash line.
  • Responsible for loading and maintaining chemicals on the wastewater treatment system.
  • Complete required production and inventory control reports.
  • Responsible for reporting all necessary maintenance repair items and safety concerns to the Shift Manager.
  • Responsible for housekeeping within the wash line and wastewater treatment area.
  • Responsible for checking and maintaining the performance of all material handling equipment and auxiliary equipment with the Wash Line Operator i.e., Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, etc.
  • Follow all Wash Line Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
  • Follow all applicable company and plant Quality, Safety, and Housekeeping rules. (See Requirements)
  • Related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years in a manufacturing environment as a machine operator, assistant operator or helper.
  • Strong mechanical background preferred.
  • Ability to operate computerized equipment required.
  • Ability to complete production, process and inventory reports.
  • Requires walking / standing approximately 95% of time; lifting up to 50 lbs.; involves repetitive stooping, forward bending and crouching approximately 25% of time; involves climbing up to 15 % of time.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills required. Must be detailed oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Forklift license required.
  • Must be able to work and perform in a team environment.
  • Must have a positive attitude and take direction from the Shift Manager.
  • Must be hands on and a good listener.
