Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at PDS Health. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and revenue growth strategy for our assigned location(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to front office team members in the absence of the Operations Manager.
  • Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager in understanding and leveraging knowledge of dental services in the local market.
  • Process Execution: Ensure the execution of the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and Patients for Life (PFL) initiatives.
  • Financial Acumen: Assist in driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols, as well as compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior course work or on-the-job training in the fields of dentistry, insurance, or business.
