Role Objective:
Fisher & Ludlow is seeking a Division Support Administrator to provide essential administrative assistance across various operational functions critical to the branch's success. This role encompasses responsibilities related to payroll processing and basic financial record-keeping.
Safety is paramount in all roles at Fisher & Ludlow; therefore, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and perform general office administrative tasks.
- Process and analyze weekly payroll for union employees.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding payroll information.
- Ensure adherence to prevailing wage regulations and manage certified payroll submissions.
- Assist in maintaining records related to safety and workers' compensation.
- Support sales and estimating teams in preparing bids and project proposals.
- Foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with basic accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in the construction sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with mathematical proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, and bend as needed.
- Some lifting and handling of office equipment may be required.
- Manual dexterity for operating tools, computers, and other electronic devices.
- Visual acuity for close work and adjusting focus.
- Background checks and drug screening are mandatory upon hiring.
