Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, administrative tasks, onboarding/offboarding processes, filing, and scanning. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records
  • Assist with event planning, promotion, and management support
  • Provide reception and office support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining a safe and clean reception area
  • Assist with inventory and ordering supplies, preparing meeting and training rooms, and maintaining office equipment
  • Support recruiting efforts, including attending off-site career fairs
  • Assist with timesheet management, policy compliance, and documentation
  • Provide internal communications and support for internal and external events
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
