Responsibilities

  • Champion and guide the ERP system's usage.
  • Provide support and education to users to maximize the utilization of Epicor.
  • Document and define use case scenarios for Epicor and related software.
  • Manage Epicor ERP application administration, process/usage management, and support.
  • Customize screens, BPM, BAQ, and related Epicor modifications.
  • Plan, configure, manage Kinetic, QuickShip, and Rest API integrations.
  • Create and maintain SQL Server Reports (SSRS).
  • Demonstrate expertise in MS SQL Server and TSQL queries.
  • Collaborate with users on the creation of dashboards, report creation, and procedure generation.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize personal projects and tasks.
  • Offer suggestions for systematic improvements both within and outside of the technology department.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience administering an Epicor ERP 10 system.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Programming skills in C# and/or .Net required.
  • Hands on experience with Epicor ERP (version 10.2 or newer) required.
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Services and administration required.
  • Programming experience in C# within Epicor application preferred.
  • Experience with SOX compliance desired.
  • Previous experience with web development languages and tools (LAMP) desired.
  • Proven ability to manage new application installations.

Flexible Work Schedule

The typical schedule would be Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with some flexibility. Due to the high level of collaboration within our teams as well as the hands-on support nature of this role, we would prefer you to be physically present in our Andover, MN location however, due to the nature of this position remote work options can be discussed.
