  The Call Center Customer Service Agent at Webcraft Stylers is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about the company’s products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and order status.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm orders, or conduct satisfaction surveys.
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in the company’s CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
