As an RSM, you will manage all dealers/distributors in the territory with a collaborative, team-selling approach, and help capture projects as the manufacturer’s business and technical resource. CareHawk offers a wide range of life-safety solutions for a variety of facilities, with two of our strongest vertical markets in Education and Healthcare. These facilities rely on communication systems for daily functions, and emergency communications during a crisis. This is an ideal role for a qualified individual interested in a long-term career. We are looking for someone ready to take charge of this boastful region. The states included in this region are California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii.
A Regional Sales Manager at CareHawk® USA would receive a competitive salary, commissions, incentives, travel reimbursement, company benefits, training, mentorships and support tools.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Meet & exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals with effective account management, daily prospecting and sales funnel growth
- Provide vendors, distributors and end-users with guidance, support and technical knowledge of all CareHawk® products and solutions
- Identify opportunities to partner with new vendors and distributors
- Inform current and potential partners about key business developments and product updates
- Develop and implement business development strategy to drive new revenue
- 50% or more travel within North America
- Updating the CRM including daily sales activity, opportunity management, forecasting, and tasks
- Work with distribution to promote our products through local and statewide trade shows.
The necessary skills to be a success at CareHawk® USA will include:
- Competitive drive to meet & exceed monthly revenue goals
- Desire to take charge of day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision in a home-based office environment
- Ability to collaborate with other colleagues & departments
- Flexibility to adjust priorities, multitasking expert, and deadline slayer

- Inclination to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including written & oral
Preferred Candidates will have the following:
- Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in a technology or integrated systems capacity
- In-depth technical knowledge of communications and/or life safety systems
- Combination of end-user & distributor relationship management experience preferred
- Willingness to travel within the North America region - 30% minimum, 50% at times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Some experience using CRM Tools, such as: SalesForce, Hubspot or Zoho
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
