$110,000+ commission based income

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
Qualifications:

  • A valid real estate license is required
  • Willingness to make calls to potential buyers and sellers each week. The expectation is a minimum of 10 two-way conversations per day
  • Enthusiastic and personable with a can-do attitude
  • Hungry to learn and coachable
  • The competitive nature is very helpful
  • Must live and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area
