As a Marketing Intern within Living Operations at Hines, you will engage in various facets of marketing while contributing to a reputable international real estate firm, a leader in the Italian market.

• Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies that align with business goals and budgetary constraints, aiming to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
• Contribute to the development of innovative resident acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of return on investment (ROI).
• Support the formulation of lease-up strategies for new properties, including planning, coordination, and collaboration with local leasing teams.
• Manage the digital marketing strategy for properties and contribute to the broader international digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the performance analytics for all marketing activities and prepare regular reports on campaign and project outcomes.
• Play a vital role in launching living brands and nurturing relationships with potential business partners.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the living brands within Hines.
• Engage proactively in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative strategies that enhance campaign success.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution is preferred, or equivalent experience is required.
• The preferred candidate should have completed or be in the process of completing a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• A metrics-driven marketing mindset with a passion for writing, strong attention to detail, and an aesthetic sense.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (C1 level), with a passion for content creation.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with additional tools is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and related analytics.
• Critical thinking abilities with effective problem-solving and time management skills.
• A genuine interest in the marketing industry, with a focus on real estate and hospitality, particularly in sustainability, is advantageous.
