  • Lead the execution of the Data Management Strategy and develop comprehensive frameworks, policies, and standards.

  • Facilitate data management working groups and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data policies and identify critical data elements, capturing necessary metadata.
  • Monitor data quality using KPIs/KRIs and address any data management issues.
  • Advocate for the use of data management and business intelligence tools to drive business insights and value.
  • Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain internal control standards, addressing audit points and regulatory issues promptly.

Skills & Experience:Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
  • Advanced SQL Amperity Knowledge
  • 5+ years of Marketing Experience/Knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management leadership.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams at various levels.
  • Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets, graphing, and presentations with a working knowledge of financial models.
