Responsibilities:


  • Deep dive into client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Integrate accounting systems with other tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Analyze business, finance, and accounting processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Tackle financial and accounting challenges facing healthcare organizations.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.

  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a passion for healthcare (a plus, but not required).

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is a strong differentiator.

  • CPA certification is preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
