Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Jr. Executive Accountant to become an integral part of their team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in accounting principles and practices, demonstrating proficiency in accurately and efficiently managing financial records. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the seamless operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and other account analysis to ensure accuracy
- Pull commission statements and compile monthly commission reporting
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Support the Sponsorship tracking and payment process
- Data entry
- Track company equipment provided to employees
- Sort and scan mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support the finance team where needed
- Complete special projects upon request of Accounting Manager

Skills:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to multitask and function effectively in a dynamic environment

Requirements- Bookkeeping experience or the completion of some college level accounting classes is
required
