Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:

Project Coordinator will assist Sales and Production in various administrative tasks. These include gathering and entering demographic information into Buildertrend or Hub Spot. Attending field measures with Design Consultant, taking notes and compiling scope of work. Must be able to compile the bid packages and release them to subcontractors for the initial proposal. Create and release final job binder for signature with owner invoice for deposit. Create jobs from lead proposals in Buildertrend. Input Selections into Buildertrend for clients. Create purchase orders. Purchasing from Build.com, Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon etc for jobs. Enter and assign invoices to jobs. Enter and assign receipts to jobs. Input weekly invoices in Buildertrend and tie them to a schedule item. Send out surveys to subs and clients at the completion of the project.

Requirements:

General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the construction industry using Buildertrend, Hub Spot, Matterport, MagicPlan and Payocity strongly preferred, but not required. Computer skills and a good understanding of the technology of Excel data entry is a must. Willingness to learn the above listed computer platforms is essential.

Willing to grow and expand responsibilities with a positive attitude in a fast-paced, growing business. Friendly team-focused person, with the ability to maintain decorum under stress. Looking for someone with the ability to respond in a timely manner to the "contact us" form on social media, intake initial sales call and follow up with calls per the Design Consultant. Needs multi-tasking skills to answer phones, emails and team meetings promptly. Able to deal with subcontractors , scheduling deliveries and client issues.

Applicant must be able to sit for extended periods of time as most of the job is in office, however, needs to be able to walk throughout perspective client homes and make field calls. Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
