We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Product Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the apparel industry, possesses a keen eye for fashion, enjoys conducting analyses, has excellent computer skills, and is capable of managing projects effectively. This is an hourly, full-time position and is eligible for benefits. This position reports to the Product Manager.

As the Event Product Specialist, your primary focus will be to support the event business through effective store and product management. You will drive accuracy and customer satisfaction through strong team communication and collaboration. Working alongside our Product Manager, Event Team, and Artists, you will support our event clients' needs, emphasizing sales growth through profitable, smart, and on-trend products.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Product Management

  • Assist the Product Manager with seasonal product line selection, including apparel, headwear, and accessories.
  • Run projections based on historical data and current trends.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to ensure they have the appropriate inventory levels, sales campaigns, and marketing strategies to meet clients' needs.
  • Use sales data and cultural trends for effective product development each season.

Event Product Inventory & Projections

  • Coordinate with the Product Manager, Warehouse Team, and E-Commerce Team for seasonal reconciliation.
  • Monitor store inventory based on sales and trends, creating production orders to replenish stock as needed.
  • Assist with other projects and assignments as a team player.

Event Store Templates

  • Help design and plan for popup store displays, layout, and product selections.
  • Ensure assets are prepared for each season for successful store setups.
  • Work with PepReps to understand the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with the Event Manager to ensure product selections and inventory levels are sufficient to meet our event sales goals.

Event Team

  • Assist with booking rental vehicles and finding and booking helpers when needed.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of product management and development experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including the ability to build spreadsheets in Excel
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills across departments to ensure timely project delivery
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Knowledge of QuickBase and Shopworks is a plus

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, with an hour lunch at noon.
