Role Overview:
The Retail Product Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all customer locations are stocked and organized according to company standards. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and aisles to ensure a safe shopping environment
- Restock coolers, displays, and shelves daily, ensuring products are easily identifiable
- Implement a first-in, first-out stocking system to guarantee product freshness
- Construct displays and promotional setups according to guidelines provided by management
- Utilize technology and applications to enhance efficiency throughout the day
- Organize back stock areas to ensure safe and easy access
- Prepare any unfit products for return in a timely manner
- Participate in meetings and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel to various locations using a reliable vehicle
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
