$100,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to engage prospects in sales conversations
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and address objections effectively
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets, contributing to team success
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in telesales or sales positions
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results
  • As this position is commission-only, self-drive is key
  • Ability to establish rapport and build trust with customers
