As a Demand Generation Manager at Oxipital AI you will be leading the strategic development and implementation of initiatives to generate leads and revenue for the company.  This position sits at the crossroads of marketing and sales, focusing on creating awareness and interest through developing creative campaigns that drive engagement across multiple channels. This role is responsible for creating demand for present and anticipated market trends to ensure long-term engagement and customer acquisition.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and customer conversion
  • Build and maintain a robust lead scoring framework to identify and prioritize leads for sales follow-up.
  • Optimize the lead nurturing process to improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Produce high-quality marketing content that speaks to prospects’ pain points and highlights the benefits of our product offerings.
  • Conduct regular A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay current with the latest marketing technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the company's marketing efforts
  • Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
  • Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
  • Utilizes marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation processes and personalize customer interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, including experience building processes from the ground up
  • Demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Management experience preferred
  • Successful start-up and growth-stage company experience is preferred
