Position: Greeter/Front Desk

Location: Hanna Cars Bradenton

Summary:

As we expand and enhance our operations, we are seeking an energetic and personable Greeter to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the front-line representative for our dealership, welcoming sales customers with a warm smile and directing them to the appropriate Sales Department team member. Your enthusiasm and professional demeanor will set the tone for a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers as they enter the showroom, promptly determining the nature of their visit and providing a friendly, professional welcome.
  • Information Collection: Gather and record basic customer demographic information using our dealership sales control system.
  • Customer Assistance: Distribute brochures and other informational materials, answer basic inquiries, and refer more detailed questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Department Coordination: Direct customers to the correct department, alert salespeople to waiting customers, or introduce customers to a salesperson as needed.
  • Service Department Support: Welcome customers in the service department during peak hours and collect basic customer information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Scan and file documents, sort and distribute mail, manage supplies for the customer waiting area and break room.
  • Additional Support: Serve as telephone backup and clerical support as needed.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance and a high standard of professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Customer Focus: Enthusiastic, customer service-driven individual with a keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Superior data entry abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with DealerTrack DMS and Vauto preferred but not required.
  • Licensing and Background: Valid U.S. Driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass background checks, including MVR, drug test, and credit report.

Schedule:

  • Day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
