Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.

2. Sourcing Leads:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

3. In-Club Marketing for Perks Partners Members:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to update and manage the in-club marketing for vendor partners.
- Ensure Perks Partners members are prominently featured in all marketing channels.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

4. Networking Opportunities:
- Represent Crunch Fitness at local networking events, business expos, and community functions.
- Build a professional network to promote Crunch Fitness and generate leads.
- Leverage networking opportunities to enhance the clubs visibility and reputation.

5. Community Involvement:
- Engage with local communities to promote health and wellness.
- Develop partnerships with community organizations to drive membership growth.
- Organize and participate in community events to enhance brand presence.

6. Sales Strategy and Performance:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve membership and revenue targets.
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies as needed.
- Train and mentor sales staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of local market and community dynamics is a plus.
