Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A Leadership Professional is a leadership position responsible for managing and developing team members, guiding customer service operations, overseeing restaurant operations, and ensuring the restaurant is meeting sales and profitability goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of employees to uphold high standards, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to help them develop in their roles.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that supports the development of team members and promotes teamwork and accountability.

• Ensuring efficient and effective operation of the restaurant by evaluating and refining processes, procedures, and protocols.

• Work closely with business partners to achieve sales and profitability goals.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and services.

• Analyze customer feedback and work with team members to make improvements in job performance and service.

• Responsible for the training and development of new team members, while fostering a strong sense of team spirit in the restaurant.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, food safety regulations, and labor laws.

• Interact with customers and guests to resolve any issues or complaints, maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant operations management or retail management

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to develop and train a team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Honesty, integrity, and a high level of ownership

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to change, and be flexible

• Knowledge of health and safety standards, food safety regulations, and labor laws

• Must be 18 or older

• Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Pay Range: $20-25/hr
