What you’ll be doing:
  • Act as a liaison, providing products and service information and resolving customer issues with accuracy and efficiency
  • Engage with customers enthusiastically, showing patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Advocate for customers, putting yourself in their shoes and ensuring their needs are met
  • Confidently troubleshoot and investigate to resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Aim to maintain excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • International shipping operations, quotations, shipping, invoicing, scheduling, and documentation
  • Telephone and email communication related to customer inquiries, pricing, and order processing
