  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience using QuickBooks
  • Previous experience using FleetPerform

Previous experience with Fullbay software is preferred.


DAY-TO-DAY

As an Office Administrator, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our office. You will be the first point of contact for customers and vendors, greeting them warmly and directing their inquiries to the appropriate team members. Your duties will include managing the company's telephone system, maintaining the employee portal, overseeing trailer check-ins and check-outs, managing customer repair logs, and assisting with Accounts Receivable Invoices. Additionally, you will provide support to various departments as needed, handle marketing, advertising, and sales assistance tasks, and facilitate communication between company leadership, employees, customers, and affiliates. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that administrative processes run efficiently and effectively.
