Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Atlanta Office Technologies, Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting our team in achieving our goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Support the administrative team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Assist with special projects, such as data entry, mailings, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with regular communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
