Role Purpose:

A Service Attendant oversees all Guests when they are checking out from Jaguar Land Rover Auto Dealership in Newport Beach by providing a 5-star Experience to all Guests.


Key Duties:

  • Greet all Guests with a welcoming smile and body language when they arrive at Fletcher Jones Motorcars.
  • Ensure that all customers are escorted to their car
  • Remove the protective plastic from the car
  • Organize the pickup lot and make sure that keys are organized in the front key boxes
  • Confirm all cars in the pick-up lot have all protective plastic in place.
  • Retrieve any customer pick-ups
Requirements:
  • Customer service 101 experience is essential for this role.
  • Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
  • Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
  • Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
  • Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
  • Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Willing to multi-task.
  • Ability to focus attention on a Guest's need, always remaining calm and courteous.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
