Position Summary:
We are growing our revenue organization, and building an inside sales team is a key part of enabling our future growth plans. We have a dynamic account executive team that the team lead will collaborate with closely, driving the overall success of our sales strategy.
As a Team Lead for Inside Sales, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing leads, setting appointments, and qualifying prospects to fuel our pipeline. You will leverage your expertise to mentor and guide a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to exceed their targets. Your focus will be on optimizing sales processes, implementing best practices, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance performance. By fostering a high-performance culture and aligning efforts with our strategic goals, you will contribute significantly to our growth and success.
Base Salary and Commission: $90,000/year + $25,000 variable = $110,000 OTE
Office Locations: Greenwood Village (DTC) or Westminster, Colorado
Responsibilities:
- Be the founding hire for our inside sales team
- Act as a player coach; hire and manage 2 other inside sales teammates
- Set and hit aggressive targets around lead generation for our Account Executive team
- Be a master of inbound and outbound calls that drive a client to engage in our services
- Build a team to research accounts within our defined target market and identify key players (coach, champion, economic buyer) to generate interest through outbound campaigns.
- Set a high bar and develop the team’s capability to become experts on the personas we sell into
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning where the team is encouraged to challenge the status quo
- Work hand in hand with revenue operations to build an operational structure that enables us to track and measure key metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years in a selling capacity
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership/supervisor capacity
- Experience with salesforce and outreach (or a similar product)
- Experience in both an inbound and outbound sales motion
