Home State Bank is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager in Crystal Lake, IL. This is a full-time position. The Assistant Banking Center manager supports the Banking Center Manager by ensuring the banking center provides the public with banking products and services for consumer and business accounts. The Assistant will ensure all functional areas of Operations and Sales are completely and properly performed, complying with all required policies, procedure and compliance requirements. The Assistant Manager will become proficient in all functions performed at the banking center. This will include personal banking as well as all Operational duties. This position is on-site and is not a remote position. Looking for local candidates as this position doesn't have relocation available.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

A. Three to four years of Banking experience.

B. Prior managerial experience.

C. Certification by the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) – National Required.
