Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate branch activities to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire, expand, and retain customer relationships.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate positive leadership behaviors.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, as well as governmental regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to coordinate training, sales, service, and operational aspects of the branch.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to sell products and services to customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, identify priorities, and organize tasks efficiently.
  • Previous branch banking experience and understanding of current regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lift heavy bags of coin (approx. 27 lbs) or assist customers with Safe Deposit boxes.
  • May be required to work extended hours as needed to assist the branch.
