Title: Digital Marketing Specialist


About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing efforts for PWW Advisory Group (PWW|AG) and EMS|MC initiatives.


As a Digital Marketing Specialist with EMS|MC, you will:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and PPC.
  • Oversee the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent branding across all digital content.
  • Optimize website and social media content for search engines.
  • Monitor and report on website analytics and campaign performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and PPC.
  • Manage and grow our online presence on various social media platforms.
  • Engage with the audience and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
Requirements:

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or 2 years of digital marketing experience
  • Marketing software experience with programs such as Canva and Hubspot
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media etc) along with market research.

  • Proven track record of successful management and growth of marketing campaigns.

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds of minimum 20 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads is required.
