Job Title: Web Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Marketing Coordinator to join our thriving Marketing team at Schiffman's.

Job Summary:

The Web Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining our websites, facilitating e-commerce orders, and generating organic awareness for our store brands through SEO. This role will also assist in executing our annual marketing plan across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain content and product sections on our websites.
  • Facilitate all e-commerce orders and technical execution of our corporate programs.
  • Update web content to be ADA and SEO friendly.
  • Update web page banners and events section monthly.
  • Maintain accurate navigation, collection, and brand pages.
  • Review existing product data and imagery for accuracy.
  • Review new product data and utilize AI to create product descriptions.
  • Upload and schedule all blog posts.
  • Maintain Shopify apps and add-ons and update web tags in LightSpeed as needed.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years related professional experience.
  • Experience with Shopify.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of SEO, website metrics, and tracking.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
  • Learns quickly and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with others and take coaching from upper management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in luxury retail.
  • Experience with LightSpeed POS.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Experience with SEM.

Physical and Mental Abilities:

  • Lift 20 lbs. multiple times a day.
  • Sit for up to 8 hours a day with small breaks.
  • Ability to go up and downstairs.
