Responsibilities


  • Enhance and support the work associated with the management of the Home Office Claim Recovery Department by providing the unit with cross trained expertise in all physical damage/recovery/glass functions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all physical damage /recovery/glass tasks to assist in the initial and on-going training of unit team members.
  • Facilitate efficiency within the unit by recognizing the appropriate and most efficient avenues of recovery, including assignments to attorneys, arbitration and collection agencies.
  • Facilitate claim recoveries by providing accurate collection processes and information via communications with entities such as insurance companies, attorney and adjusters.
  • Maintain records of incoming receivables to assure accurate and efficient accounting of subrogation proceeds.
Qualifications


  • High School diploma required.
  • Computer, telephone, customer service, and general clerical skills.
  • Candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills.
