Position Summary
As a Claims Recovery Unit Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence our team's success. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of the Home Office Claim Recovery Department by providing comprehensive expertise in all recovery-related functions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all recovery tasks to assist in the ongoing training of team members.
  • Identify and implement the most effective recovery strategies, including collaboration with attorneys and collection agencies.
  • Facilitate successful claim recoveries by ensuring accurate communication and processes with various stakeholders.
  • Keep meticulous records of incoming receivables to ensure precise accounting of subrogation proceeds.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma is required.
  • Proficient in computer, telephone, customer service, and general clerical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
