Sr. DoD Acquisition Support, Active Secret Clearance
Location: Onsite Pentagon, Arlington, VA
This requirement supports Senior Leaders and requires minimally 4 workdays in the office (Pentagon), with the remainder as telework days. The amount of in office support is mission dependent, and may be adjusted by the COR as needed. Fully remote support may be approved on a case by case basis.

Day-to-Day for our Client:
- Provide support for the portfolio management of all SAF/CN contracts.
- This would include monitoring funding, modifications and oversight of all contract actions for the organization.
- The support will include supporting the Division Chiefs in any meetings, preparing briefs or providing status on all contract actions.
- Support Contract Court, Annual Execution Reviews, and Quarterly portfolio reviews. The contractor shall provide status reports to Leadership on contracts, modifications and new requirement packages utilizing the Strategic Management Tool (SMT).
- Provide input to the HAF Effectiveness Review via SMT.
Requirements:
- Facility Clearance requirements for this effort is Secret and may increase to Top Secret during performance. All assigned contractors shall minimally have an interim Secret clearance or be eligible for a Secret Clearance.
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and 24 Business credits and at least four (4) years of acquisition experience supporting DoD/Federal Government and have a FAC-C, CPCM, CFCM, or DAU DAWIA Level II certification in Contracting, Contracting Officer Representative, Purchasing, or Program Management.
- Must be a self-starter and motivated to learn.
- Must have stellar communication skills and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment supporting the most senior leaders in the Air and Space Force.
- Must be able to work independently within 60 days after award.
