Job Description:We’re looking for an outgoing and driven Business Manager. This role will work closely with all teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and efficient operations. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and previous experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate also has a breadth of experience in key business functions including accounting, finance, human resources, and operations. Someone who loves keeping things organized, managing a variety of responsibilities, and using the left and right sides of their brain will thrive in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall administrative activities of the company including leading and developing operations assistants
  • Perform and/or supervise accounting and human resource activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Facilitate effective communication between leadership, employees, contractors, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure the maintenance and safety of offices, warehouses, and equipment
  • Create awareness and demand for company services
  • Implement and improve systems and processes across all areas of the company
  • Perform routine quality controls and monitor KPIs
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Education: HS Diploma/GED
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a business manager or office manager
  • Proven experience with accounting, finance, human resources, and operations
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Be able to work efficiently, solve problems, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Possess a great attitude, strong customer orientation, and professional appearance
  • Have excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, accounting software, and project management tools
  • Be able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
